Compliance with NCAA and NAIA Regulations
AGM Sports is committed to complying with rules and regulations from the NCAA, the NAIA, and other athletic and academic organizations. We understand the importance of following such rules, so AGM Sports will follow all guidelines very closely.

Our objective as an organization is to help international students and student-athletes in understanding the rules and regulations of American universities, rules extremely cumbersome for families from different countries that many times do not speak English. Our job is to explain the rules and regulations, and the reasons why these rules and regulations exist, so if you have any suggestions on how we could do our job in a better way, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- AGM Sports is not an agent or works as an agent. We do not sign any professional contract with our clients, nor have any professional verbal agreements with any of our clients about anything unrelated to the services we provide.
- AGM Sports does not work with professional athletes, or with student-athletes that have signed professional contracts. AGM Sports asks, in the initial questionnaire, about professional activities or professional contracts, and will not work with those student-athletes that answer yes to those questions.
- AGM Sports provides very clear services to its clients, helping them with all administrative work in order to comply with all academic requirements, assisting them with the translation of official documents, and “translating” information from schools, coaches, and the NCAA Clearinghouse to their families (with no knowledge of the American system) so that they can understand all information clearly.
- AGM Sports has a website public to all American coaches, with personal and academic information about students and student-athletes. Coaches can view the information and contact the student-athletes directly via email.
- AGM Sports signs Service Agreements with its clients, in order to provide the services described above. The service agreement lists all responsibilities of AGM Sports and of the clients. These contracts have been sent to the NCAA Clearinghouse for their information and review.
- AGM Sports does have a price list for the services it offers. These prices are the same to all students, depending on the level of services they hire and require.
- The price paid to AGM Sports is for the services offered, not for the scholarship received. AGM Sports has worked with students with no scholarship, and also with students with full-scholarships, with all students paying the same amount for the services offered.
- No client of AGM Sports receives preferential treatment or any kind of special benefits. All clients of AGM Sports are treated equally, and will pay the same amount for the same services provided.
- AGM Sports does not publish the names of the students and student-athletes it has helped, and it does not publish the name of the universities where these students and student-athletes are studying.
- AGM Sports does not steer students or student-athletes to any specific institution. AGM Sports treats all universities in the same way, acting as a facilitator of information for universities, coaches, parents, students and student-athletes.
